These terms govern your use of futurestacks.com, the corporate website of Future Stacks. By using the site you accept them.

1. What these terms do and do not cover

This website is informational. It describes what we build, and it has a contact form. It sells nothing, creates no accounts, and provides no service beyond the pages themselves.

If you are buying or using Devfood, these are not the terms that apply to you. The platform is governed by the Devfood SaaS Agreement and the Devfood terms, published on that product's own site. Nothing on this page creates, varies or limits anything in them.

2. Nothing here is an offer

Descriptions of Devfood on this site are a summary written for a general reader. Prices, capabilities and availability are published on devfood.com, and where the two ever differ, the product site is correct. A page on this website is not a quotation and does not form a contract.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site unlawfully, or to send anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately false through the contact form.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or anything connected to it.
• Scrape, crawl or copy the site at a rate that degrades it for other people.
• Republish substantial parts of the content as your own, or use our name or branding to imply an endorsement.

Automated access for legitimate search indexing and archiving is welcome and is governed by our robots directives.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design, code and branding of this site belong to Future Stacks or its licensors. You may read, share and link to it freely — quoting a passage with attribution and a link is fine, and no permission is needed. Wholesale reproduction is not.

Third-party names and marks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners.

We link to devfood.com, which is ours, and to sites belonging to our sister company Devkart and to third parties such as payment providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate; their terms and privacy policies apply when you are there.

We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors, nor that it will be available without interruption. We may change or remove pages at any time. Where we correct something material, we say so rather than editing it silently.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with the website is limited to a nominal amount, since it is provided free of charge and sells nothing.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply where you live.
