Refund Policy

Nothing is sold on this website. futurestacks.com is a corporate site — no checkout, no accounts, no payments. So there is nothing here to refund, and this page exists to send you to the policy that does apply rather than to leave you hunting for it.

Devfood subscriptions

If you subscribe to Devfood, refunds are governed by the Devfood Refund Policy and the Devfood SaaS Agreement, both published on that product's own site. Those documents own the terms, including the treatment of one-time app setup fees and add-ons.

We publish them in one place on purpose. A second copy here would be a second version to keep in step, and refund terms are exactly the kind of document a customer quotes back at you — having two that disagree is worse than having the extra convenience.

Anything invoiced directly by us

If Future Stacks has invoiced you directly for something outside a Devfood subscription, the terms of that invoice or written agreement apply. If you think a charge is wrong, email us and say so — we would rather correct a genuine mistake quickly than argue about it.

Payment processing fees

Payment processor fees are charged under your own agreement with that processor, not by us, and are not ours to refund. Their terms apply to them.
